We started planning our wedding early this year with Sara and got married in September. We live in the UK and the wedding was in Portugal, so planning it by ourselves, whilst living in another country wouldn’t have been easy. However, Sara definitely made it easier for us. She was really helpful with everything. She would tell everything that needed to be done for the wedding and would send the updated wedding journal. To be fair, we haven’t had any moment of stress whilst planning the wedding, which is very rare to happen. On the wedding day, Sara was really helpful as well. She arrived on time and stayed until very late making sure everything was going well. If I had to do the wedding all over again, I would book Dream Day Wedding Planners again. It was literally the best decision to have them by our sides.

The best decision we made (apart from getting married) was choosing dream day wedding planners to plan our day. Maria was incredible the whole way through the planning process, responded quickly to every single email and enquiry I had about the wedding. When we were stressed about COVID and restrictions, Maria reassured us and helped us stay calm, if wasn’t for Maria’s optimism and positivity we might have postponed or even cancelled our day (I’m so glad we didn’t!!). Maria was a true professional and ensured every single detail was perfect. From our pre wedding meeting at the venue, to the end of the wedding day she made sure everything run smoothly. Sara and the Dream Day team were fabulous in helping us to achieve our perfect wedding day! Due to covid, our wedding day wasn’t the what we originally planned but it was a perfect elopement and we loved every minute of it. We would have been lost without Sara organising us,our vendors and the venue. The vendors that were recommended were amazing and the venue was stunning! I can’t say enough about Sara and Maria on the day with the little touches that made a big difference to us: making sure we arrived at the venue, calming chit chat, the beautiful plate for the rings, video calling our families for the ceremony and pouring the champagne! We started planning our wedding January 2020 and what a journey we went on but we would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams last August without Sara and the team. From the start of the process to the wedding day Sara was amazing with planning, speaking to contractors and even re arranging the whole wedding for us, nothing was to much trouble. She was always there at the end of the phone even when we would send frantic messages late at night when we heard new covid restrictions were coming into place. With only being able to see the venue once before our wedding day we put all our trust into photos we sent via email and recommendations and we would not have changed a single thing on our wedding day.
